Is Paffie free?

Yes — the core of Paffie is free to use. An optional subscription, Paffie Plus, unlocks extra features for folks who want more. You can try the app fully before deciding.

Which devices does Paffie work on?

Paffie runs on iPhone and Android. Your check-ins, tasks, and brain-dumps sync securely so you can pick up where you left off on any of your devices.

How do the four energies work?

Each day you do a quick check-in on how you feel — foggy, steady, wired, or drained. Paffie then suggests the kind of work that fits, so you spend your best hours on what matters and go easy when you need to. There's a full walkthrough in the four energies.

Will Paffie nag me with notifications?

No. Paffie is designed to be calm — gentle nudges, never a wall of red badges. You control every notification, and you can turn them all off. Quiet by default is the whole point.

Is my data private?

Your check-ins, tasks, and brain-dumps are yours. We don't sell your data and we don't use your content for advertising. You can read the details in our Privacy Policy.

Can I export or delete my data?

Absolutely. You can export your content or delete your account and data at any time from the app settings, or by emailing privacy@paffie.app.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play, so you manage or cancel them in your device's account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Does Paffie work offline?

Yes. You can check in, capture thoughts, and work through your day offline — everything syncs automatically the next time you're connected.

Is Paffie a treatment for ADHD?

No. Paffie is a focus and planning tool, not a medical device or a substitute for professional care. It's built to be friendly to brains that work in bursts — but if you're struggling, please talk to a qualified professional.
